
My Approach
I change my approach based on each client’s own personal goals. All goals are different and I will work to understand how to best support you. Being a supportive clinician is a top priority to ensure giving you a positive therapeutic experience.
Your Goals
As a therapist, I want to help clients create a therapy goal to work towards. Some therapy goals might include working on self esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, processing trauma, communication skills and/or anger. Whatever your goal is, we will work together to have a focus for you in treatment.
Commitment
I work with adults who are ready to commit to the therapy process. It's normal to feel nervous about starting, and those feelings are important to explore. We’ll work through them together in a supportive, open space
