My Approach
I change my approach based on each client’s own personal goals. All goals are different and I will work to understand how to best support you. Being a supportive clinician is a top priority to ensure giving you a positive therapeutic experience.
Your Goals
As a therapist, I want to help clients create a therapy goal to work towards. Some therapy goals might include working on self esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, processing trauma, communication skills and/or anger. Whatever your goal is, we will work together to have a focus for you in treatment.
Commitment
Therapy is a commitment to yourself, your future and your healing process. I’m seeking to work with adult clients who are serious about committing to the process of therapy. Some clients may feel nervous about starting therapy, which is totally normal. Those conversations are important to have and we can process them in session together.
